BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for multiple shifts. The role involves direct patient care, ADLs assistance, and ongoing vitals monitoring in a supportive setting.

We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $20 to $23, with performance bonuses and referral incentives. Expect flexible scheduling including day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus training and development opportunities to grow your career in a patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) is required.
• Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) is required.
• Current CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year CNA experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow infection control practices and participate in training.
• Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
