BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and support mobility while maintaining a safe, dignified environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification – required.
• High school diploma or GED – required.
• CPR certification – required.
• Current physical exam and TB test – required.
• Background check and drug screening – required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control practices and HIPAA guidelines.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
• Must pass background check and drug screening
