Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team across multiple shifts. You will assist patients with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and support mobility in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current physical exam within 12 months.
• Current TB test within 12 months.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow all infection control practices and participate in training.
• Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
