BrightStar Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for multiple shifts at our Newton, MA location. The role offers day, evening and weekend shifts with a flexible schedule and competitive pay between $20 and $23 per hour, plus bonuses for performance and referrals.

We provide a supportive culture, ongoing training, and opportunities for growth. Candidates must have a current CNA certification, medical exams and TB tests within the last year, CPR, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while

Qualifications

• Current physical exam (within the last 12 months) — Required
• Current TB test results (within the last 12 months) — Required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow infection control practices.

Job Responsibilities:
