THRYVE Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities and vital signs in a supportive clinical team.

The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and patient comfort, with ongoing opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package. Shifts include 3-11pm and 11pm-7am to ensure 24/7 resident care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required by state law.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, provide water and nourishment.
• Support mobility: ambulating, turning, positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and requests and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain documentation of care and observations, uphold HIPAA/privacy.
• Comply with regulations and stay current with CNA certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing

• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals

• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning

• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output

• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests

• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations

• Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards

• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines

• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification

• Perform other duties as assigned
