Job summary

PACS currently seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in alignment with assessment and care plans. You will work under supervision to support daily living activities and ensure a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires compliance with facility policies, timely reporting of changes, and maintaining confidentiality of resident information. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a valid CNA license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret general instructions and care plans.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before providing care and document observations as required.
• Record entries and care documentation accurately and promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as directed.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality within the unit.
