Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our private duty/home health care team in Lake Placid, FL.

You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status. Responsibilities include recording patient care data, assisting with ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meals, and engaging patients to support mental alertness and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida CNA certification or HHA certificate from a 75-hour training program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Social Security Card, Driver's License and Auto Insurance Card needed.
• TB test within last 12 months (2-step) or QuantiFERON within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and report patient condition, vital signs, and changes to supervisor.
• Support mobility with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to support daily needs.
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life and mental alertness.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
