Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in Wray, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct resident care under supervision of a licensed nurse, helping with daily living activities and ensuring resident safety and comfort.
The role offers 12-hour shifts, days, full-time 36 hours/week, with Colorado CNA and BLS certification required. Compensation ranges $17.50–$25.50 per hour, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff committing

Supports the nursing department by providing direct resident care activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
