Base pay ranges from $20.50 to $28.50 per hour depending on experience, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff who commit to 12 months. 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Supports the nursing department by providing direct resident care activities under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to assure resident safety and attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
