Job summary

Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in Wray, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our full-time evening and night shift team. The RN will provide direct nursing care and supervise CNAs, working 8–12 hour shifts and coordinating with the health care team to deliver quality elder care.

Applicants must hold a Colorado (or compact) RN license with BLS certification and be available for evenings/nights. Compensation starts at $31.50–$45.50 per hour, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION BASE RATE

$31.50 to $45.50 dependent on experience (includes shift differentials)

$3,000 sign on bonus available to individuals not employed at Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers in the last 36 months, with full-time employment & 1-year commitment.

Job Description

Provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
