Job summary

Rocky Mountain Home Health and Hospice-Salt Lake in Murray, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time daytime role. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, and document meals, weight, and health data in accordance with care plans.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, current CPR/BLS certification, a Food Handler Permit, and ideally 1 year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification and in good standing (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services per care plans and supervisor direction.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and transferring residents.
• Coordinate dining room services and meal intake documentation.
• Document weight, skin condition, and vital information per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and infection control.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in quality initiatives.
