Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in West Liberty, OH is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to deliver person-centered care across our communities. We offer to pay for Nursing Assistant Training Classes and DailyPay access to earned wages, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job types: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN with shifts 6a-6p and 6p-6a. Pay starts at $18.50/hour and increases with experience, with shift differentials of $1 for 2nd shift and $2 for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must have good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move residents.
• Active/listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry required.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks.
• Provide support under supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents maintain independence and comfort.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN

Available Shifts: 6a-6p and 6p-6a

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $2.00 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be active/listed on the Nurse Aide Registry in Ohio.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
