Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Loveland, Ohio is seeking skilled CNAs/STNAs to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in a community setting. Join a team where partners are valued and residents’ choices guide daily care. Positions available on full-time, part-time, and PRN across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing help with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible in daily living.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and prepare residents' meals and eat with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential

$3.00/hour 2nd shift and $1.50/hour 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
