Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife Lebanon is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our community. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, and work under nurse supervision across multiple shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and PRN.

We value teamwork and a supportive environment. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with experience-based increases and shift differentials of $3.00 for 2nd shift and $1.50 for 3rd

Qualifications

• Ohio CNA/STNA certification required.
• Strong documentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to use proper lift techniques and equipment to assist residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with daily tasks like bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents stay comfortable and as independent as possible.
• Provide accurate, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
