Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) in Ohio to join our care-focused team. You’ll assist residents with daily tasks, document care, and provide support under a nurse’s supervision. Multiple shifts available, with competitive starting pay and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio.
• Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing help with daily tasks (bathing, feeding, ambulation, hair care).
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible while living their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Job Types: Full-time 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, Part-time 7a-7p, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, 11p-7a, & PRN

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience and $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
