Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a skilled CNA/STNA to provide person-centered care in our Ohio communities. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, document care, and support independent living while maintaining dignity and respect in a compassionate environment.

We offer full-time or part-time roles on first, second, and third shifts (11p-7a) with competitive starting pay of $18.50 per hour, plus $3.00 second shift and $1.50 third shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) required in Ohio; must pass state test and be listed on Nurse Aide Registry.
• Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents needing assistance with bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible during daily life.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Plan and prepare residents' favorite foods and dine with them.
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Pay: Starting from $18.50 increases with experience plus $3.00 2nd shift differential $1.50 for 3rd shift differential
