Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/STNA) to join our team and provide person-centered care in our senior communities. If you are dedicated to delivering compassionate support, you will help residents with daily activities, documentation, and ensuring comfort and independence.

We offer openings across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift options.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification required in Ohio.
• Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents who need assistance with daily activities (bathing, eating, ambulating, hair care).
• Provide a wide range of support services under nurse supervision.
• Help residents stay as independent as possible in daily living.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Openings: Full Time, Part Time, & PRN

Shifts: 1st 2nd & 3rd

Pay: Starting from $17.00 (Based on experience) and $3.00 2nd shift differentials - $1.50 3rd shift differentials

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio.
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
