Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Rochester, MN seeks a dedicated CNA to support residents in assisted living and memory care facilities. You will perform basic nursing tasks, assist with daily living, and document care in electronic medical records.

The position offers $26-$30 per hour, shifts available including weekends, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current on MN Registry.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
• Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a CNA in senior living facilities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Assist with charting and reporting changes to the team.
