Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in the St. Paul area.

You will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, comforting environment. Qualified CNAs will have an active Minnesota CNA certificate, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to document care in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certificate and active MNCNA Registry.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing home or assisted living experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to chart in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to seniors in assisted living environments.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and communicate with team.
• Maintain safety and infection control.

$1,500 Sign on Bonus for full time staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• CNA certificate and current active status on the MNCNA Registry

• Able to complete charting in electronic medical recordssystems.
