Cascade Health Services is seeking dependable CNAs for flexible PRN shifts around Fort Dodge and nearby communities. Earn up to $25/hr with weekly pay and daily pay options via our mobile app.

Work mainly in long-term care and skilled nursing settings. Requirements: at least 6 months CNA experience, BLS/CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel 30–60 minutes. 24/7 live support and benefits are provided.

What the work looks like:

What we expect:

• Be dependable and comfortable working in different facilities
  
• 30-60 minute travel is strongly recommended and often required
  
• More travel flexibility = more shift opportunities
  

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent CNA experience required

• Current TB testing: 1-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
