Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Atrium at Rocky Hill is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide high-quality care on the 2nd shift (3p-11p). You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and report changes to staff in a warm, home-like environment.

PRIORITY is compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on meaningful engagement and safety. Experience is preferred but not required, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

The Atrium at Rocky Hill is hiring Full Time CNA for 2nd Shift, 3p-11p. Every Other Weekend rotation - Starting hourly rate is $19.25

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
