Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. The CNA will deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting and support daily living activities during the 7am–3pm shift.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required. Dementia experience is desirable, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure residents receive compassionate care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate FT CNAs to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Shift is 7am to 3pm

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
