Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver patient-centered care in a warm, home-like environment for our residents. You will assist with activities of daily living and document care while communicating changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
