Regency Hospital - Upstate in Anderson, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Earn $18.00 to $21.94 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will assist patients with bathing, feeding, mobility, and daily care, participate in hourly rounds, and help transport patients as needed. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital experience as a CNA or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities including bathing and oral care.
• Participate in hourly rounds to monitor patient status.
• Transport patients and assist with movement of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of instruments and patient rooms.
• Support stock levels and assist with duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding and care of hair

• Participate in hourly rounds

• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs

• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals and wheelchairs

• Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition

• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED OR relevant work experience (3+ years)

• BLS is required within 90 days of hire

• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant or experience in a related field (i.e. medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)
