Position: Nursing Assistant (NA)

Schedule

Schedule: Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts, Days (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)

Compensation

Compensation: $17.23 – $21.00 per hour + night and weekend differential. Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500.

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing using basin‑less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and care of hair.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
• Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant or certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).
