This position involves caring for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness.

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report such changes to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other daily activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set by the supervisor.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights, assist with informed decision-making, treat residents with dignity and respect, safeguard personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect, and support independence and choice in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents' independence and dignity.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.

Area of Study: Clinical/Nursing

Experience: 1+ years in Clinical/Nursing

Certifications: CNA licensure as per state requirements

Language Skills: Proficiency in English for communication and emergency response.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills

Skills and Attributes: Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely, proficient communication skills, dedicated, compassionate, energetic.
