McClure Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time positions across AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (DOE). Qualifications

  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
  • Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
  • Build positive relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and call lights.
  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
  • Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs.
  • Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.
  • Review shift reports and care assignments to promote continuity of care.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living and care areas.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
