McClure Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the AM shift on a full-time basis.

Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour (DOE). The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing compassionate care, and documenting care accurately within facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and regulations.
• Maintain current and accurate resident care documentation and service plans.
• Review shift reports and care assignments to ensure continuity of care.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas.
