McClure Post Acute in Oakland, CA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Full-Time roles on AM, PM and NOC shifts. Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, mobility).
• Provide resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Build positive relationships with residents through companionship and attentive care.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility needs.
• Document care accurately according to facility policies.
• Review shift reports and assignments to promote continuity of care.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living areas.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team.
