Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Sun City, AZ seeks a compassionate CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care across Sun City communities.

You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility and transfers, provide companionship, and follow each client’s individualized care plan.

We offer flexible scheduling, both full-time and part-time roles, benefits for 30+ hour workers, referral and longevity bonuses, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (home care preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test current and valid fingerprint clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation with gait belt when needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Observe changes and report to supervisor; follow individualized care plans.

Job Responsibilities:
