Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Arizona CNA certification required; valid driver license and insurance proof.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation for safety and comfort.
• Monitor and document health status; report changes to supervising staff.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding per dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Report unusual situations to family members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervising staff
• Medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Report any situations out of the ordinary to family members

Requirements

• Current CNA certification and prior caregiving experience preferred
• Valid Arizona state certification (for CNA applicants) mandatory.
• Valid US drivers and Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Phoenix, AZ area, as well as proof of car insurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening and have a valid background fingerprint card.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
