Home Instead is hiring a Full-Time CNA Caregiver & Training Support in Sun City, AZ. The role combines senior caregiving with hands-on training, mentoring, and light office support. You will mentor new Caregivers and help them learn Home Instead procedures in client homes.

The ideal candidate has an active CNA certificate and 3+ years of caregiving experience, with strong communication and teaching abilities. A reliable, on-call schedule and valid transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving or CNA experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to teach, demonstrate, and coach others in care techniques.
• Must pass background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support to senior clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and help clients maintain independence.
• Complete care documentation and share updates with the office.
• Provide hands-on training for new Caregivers and mentoring in client homes.
• Demonstrate proper caregiving techniques, safety procedures and expectations.
• Support Caregivers as they learn Home Instead policies and procedures.
• Assist the office with administrative tasks when not training or caring for clients.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and maintain a professional work environment.

Full-Time CNA Caregiver & Training Support - Sun City, AZ

Sun City/Peoria Area

Looking for a compassionate, dependable, and professional CNA to join our team in a full-time position that combines senior caregiving, hands-on training, mentoring, and office support.

This position is ideal for an experienced CNA who enjoys working with seniors and has a passion for teaching, supporting, and mentoring new Caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support to senior clients
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and other daily activities
• Provide companionship and help clients maintain their independence
• Complete care documentation and communicate client updates to the office
• Provide hands-on training for new Caregivers
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to Caregivers in client homes

Requirements
