Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking Weekend Caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care in the Northwest Valley. Responsibilities include assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, transfers, companionship, and medication reminders, with emphasis on observing changes in clients’ conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (family caregiving counts).
• CPR/First Aid and TB test (assistance available if needed).
• Article 9 certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card, background check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
