ENGYJ is seeking caring healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults in Tucson, AZ. You’ll support daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with medications while building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and companionship is beneficial.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene support
• Assist with household tasks: light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, errands, and transportation
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
• Complete daily electronic documentation

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Negative TB test (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
