Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in Sun City, AZ is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide one-on-one in-home care to clients across the Northwest Valley. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and follow individualized care plans to ensure comfort and safety.

The position offers flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight), both full-time and part-time options, and benefits for employees working 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• TB test current.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance preferred.
• Drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Follow the client’s individualized care plan.

Position: CNA – Caregiver
Location: Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, Glendale, and Northwest Valley

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation (gait belt when needed)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments

• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan
