Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in Barrington in a private-duty setting. You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort to improve overall well-being.

We offer 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts, with pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour. Required: CNA state certification, CPR, TB test or QuantiFERON, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with active CNA state certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results within 12 months or QuantiFERON gold test within 5 years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide Auto Insurance Card if requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems for supervisor review.
• Assist patients with mobility, lifting, and transfers as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or meal preparation.
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
