Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time shifts in Frankfort, IL. You will care for one patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and comfort to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light housekeeping duties (change linens, laundry, cleaning, meals)
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life and mental stimulation
• Monitor vital signs (pulse, temperature, respiration)

• 10am - 10pm various days

Pay Range: $20 - $22 / hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
