Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. You will work with one patient for the entire shift, performing daily living activities and ensuring comfort and well‑being.

Shifts available: 10am–10pm on various days. Competitive pay range of $20–$22 per hour, with full-time and part-time options in Frankfort, IL. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid orientation and time off, and paid training.

Qualifications

• CNA state certification required.
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor.
• Assist patients with mobility, lifting and transferring.
• Assist patients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties.
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life and stimulation.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respirationDriver’s License
