Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide dedicated home health care. You will care for a single patient per shift, assisting with daily living activities and supporting overall well-being to improve quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification required.
• Current CPR card required.
• Driver’s license, SSN, and auto insurance card needed.
• TB test results (2-step) or QuantiFERON within specified timeframe.

Aufgaben

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report to supervisor.
• Assist patients with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Perform light housekeeping: change bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meals.
• Engage with patients to improve quality of life through conversation and activities.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration
