Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. in Barrington, IL seeks compassionate CNAs to provide private-duty care for one patient per shift. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support comfort and well-being to improve quality of life.

Shifts include 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour and a sign-on bonus. CNAs must be certified, CPR current, TB test or QuantiFERON test completed, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and current CPR card.
• TB test (2-step or chest X-ray) or QuantiFERON within specified timeframe.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to provide required IDs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient care records and report observations.
• Assist with ADLs and mobility, ensuring comfort.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life and alertness.
• Monitor pulse, temperature, and respiration.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled nurse, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration
