Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our private duty/home health care team in Florida. You will work with one patient per shift, helping with daily living activities and supporting overall well-being.

You will maintain care records, assist with mobility, and provide companionship. The role offers part-time hours with paid training, weekly pay, and a full benefits package for full-time work, with AFLAC options available.

Qualifications

• Florida State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report observations to supervisor.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping: change bed linens, laundry, cleaning, meals.

Responsibilities

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program

• Current CPR Certification
