Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home care for individuals connected to DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. As a CNA, you will offer one-on-one, relationship-based care in patients' homes, supporting daily living activities and emotional well-being.

We seek dependable, mission-driven caregivers with a valid CO CNA, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. PTO, health benefits for FT/PT, EAP, and 401(k) options are offered. Full-time day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification in Colorado required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

$17.75 - $24.50 based on experience
$1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
