Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners delivers in-home care for individuals connected to DOE/Nuclear Energy programs. We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one, relationship-based care in patients' homes and support their quality of life.

If you are dependable, mission-driven, and passionate about patient care, you will join our team. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, support meals, and document care using EMR standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition monitoring, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Compensation

$21.00-$26.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
