Job summary

Carbondale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center LLC in Carbondale, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM). You will deliver overnight resident care, assist with ADLs, respond to lights, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight, compassionate care to residents throughout the night.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to personal needs with patience.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely.
• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and prevent skin issues.
• Assist with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship during overnight hours.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA on 3rd shift, you will:

What You Bring

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
