Job summary

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Suites in Amarillo, TX is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care and support to our residents and patients. As a CNA you will assist with bathing, positioning, hydration, and basic nursing tasks, while helping maintain a safe, comforting environment.

You will work on 12-hour shifts in a team‑oriented setting. We are offering a $2,500 sign‑on bonus for newly hired full‑time CNAs who start on or before November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language.
• CNAs must be a caring individual dedicated to providing high quality care to our residents/patients.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and linen changes.
• Position residents properly and ensure hydration.
• Take and record vital signs daily.
• Monitor patients during morning and night checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing the highest level of daily care and support to our residents and patients.

Posted Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Our CNAs provide daily care and services that support the nursing care delivered to residents and patients in the facility.Certified Nursing Assistants deliver care to residents and patients including:

• Assistance with bathing
• Changing linens
• Properly positioning patients
• Offering hydration
• Checking in on patients in the morning and night
• Taking/ recording vital signs
• CNAs may perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary

• Must be a licensed CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (as required)

• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English Language
