Ridge Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Knollwood, NC is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). We are a resident-centered facility focused on quality care, teamwork, and opportunities to grow in a supportive workplace.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff. A current NC CNA certification and strong English communication are required; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Shift Details:

All shifts available, 8 hour and 12 hour

What you will do:
