Job summary

Linden Place Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-centered team. You will provide essential daily care and support under nursing supervision, with a focus on dignity and safety.

We require a current NC CNA certification and strong English communication. CPR certification is preferred. All shifts are available, including 8- or 12-hour options, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC is required.
• English communication (verbal and written) is essential.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism are important.
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vitals and assist with lifting, movement and transportation.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Shift Details:

All shifts available, 8 hour and 12 hour

What you will do:

• Tend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

What you need to have:

• Willingness to make a difference!
• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC.
• Current / active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
