Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Waterville is actively seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for full and part-time day shifts. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and involves 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM at our Waterville facility.

Responsibilities include addressing resident medical needs, assisting with daily living activities, ensuring nutritional needs per care plans, recording vitals, and reporting observations to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.

• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
