Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon in Ohio is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (STNA). 8 hour shifts: 6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Competitive wage based on experience.

As an STNA you will provide basic patient care under nursing supervision: feeding, bathing, dressing, moving patients, and linen changes. You will record vital signs, report observations, and help with daily living activities per care plans. Ohio STNA certification required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing basic patient care under nursing staff.
• Feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens.
• Recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and plans.
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms needing medical attention.
• Documenting or reporting observations of patient behavior or physical symptoms to nurses.

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:
