Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is looking for State Tested Nursing Assistants to deliver basic patient care under nursing staff supervision. Shifts include Day 6:30 AM–6:30 PM and Night 6:30 PM–6:30 AM.

You will assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, moving patients, and linen changes, while logging vital signs and conveying observations to nurses. Daily Pay and solid benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living and document observations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Move patients and change linens as needed.
• Record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Gather information from caregivers and physicians about patient plans.
• Observe patients for symptoms needing medical attention.
• Report observations to nurses and document appropriately.

Ayden Healthcare of Wauseon is currently seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA). Full and Part Time Day Shift 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Night Shift 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. You will be responsible for performing a variety of duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, or changing linens. Additional STNA responsibilities include:

STNA State Tested Nursing Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

State Tested Nursing Assistant STNA Qualifications:

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification
